FAQ

What is the lead-time for your fabrics and wallpaper?

Our fabrics and wallpaper are printed to order, with a standard production lead time of 4-8 weeks. However, due to the multiple preparation and post-printing processes involved, it may occasionally take longer. We appreciate your understanding and always strive to complete orders as quickly as possible. Once production is finished, each order is inspected for quality and shipped within 1-2 business days.

How do I purchase your fabrics and wallpapers?

Simply contact us directly for pricing, samples, and any other questions you may have. We're happy to assist you with your order!

Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes, we do! If you are a trade member, please fill out the trade application form or contact us to be added to our trade registry.

Are the colours online true to life?

We strive to provide images that closely match the actual colours of our fabrics and wallpapers, using careful visual comparison to give you the truest representation possible. However, colour perception can be subjective and influenced by various factors, such as your device’s screen settings. To help you make the best decision, we offer samples that you can order for accurate reference before making a purchase.

Can I order samples?

Absolutely! Once you've found a pattern you like, simply contact us and we'll be happy to send a sample to you. This allows you to see the material in person before making a purchase.

Do you offer CFAs (cutting for approval)?

We strive for color consistency in our production. However, as all of fabrics and wallpapers are printed in small batches and made from natural fibers, some variation in the texture and shade of the base cloth is to be expected. Print colorations and dye lots may vary slightly too. If a precise coloration is required, we recommend requesting a cutting for approval (CFA) prior to ordering. CFAs are available upon request, please send us an email at hello@annawillms.com and we will assist you.

Do you hold stock?

We aim to hold at least 10-20 meters of every colorway in stock. If the fabric you need is not currently available, the lead time is typically 6-8  weeks from the date of your order.

Is there a minimum for fabric and wallpaper orders?

Yes, we do. The minimum order for fabrics is 1 meter, and we only cut in whole increments. Please note that fabric ordered by the meter is non-refundable. For wallpapers, the minimum order is one roll.

How do I know how much fabric or wallpaper to order?

We strongly recommend working with a design professional or professional wallpaper installer to take precise measurements and determine quantities. Please note, we are not able to provide firm meterage quotes.

Do you sell wallpaper by the roll or the meter?

We sell our wallpaper by the roll. Each roll measures 53 cm in width and 10 meters in length. For mural designs, more than one roll may be required per repeat. If you’re unsure about your needs, feel free to  get in touch with us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist.

What is your rub count and is your fabric suitable for upholstery?

Our linen fabric has a rub count of 10,000 rubs on the Martindale scale, making it ideal for light upholstery, such as drapes, cushions, headboards, and furniture that isn’t subject to heavy wear. While 10,000 rubs is generally suitable for upholstery, we've successfully covered sofas and armchairs with our fabric. For heavier use, we recommend considering your specific needs before choosing.

How do I install wallpaper?

We recommend hiring a professional wallpaper installer for the best results. If you need detailed installation instructions, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide guidance.

Can your wallpaper be used in the bathroom?

Yes it can! Using our vinyl for bathrooms is the perfect choice. We just recommend that it shouldn’t be continually splashed with water (as in don’t wallpaper inside your shower or directly behind a very high traffic sink). If your vinyl gets dirty you can wipe clean with a soft sponge or cloth with a mild soap and water.

My product is faulty, what is the next step?

Our fabrics are made from 100% linen, and natural variations in the printing process are part of their unique charm and are not considered faults. However, if you believe the product you received is genuinely faulty, please email us a photo of the issue for our team to review. If the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Please note that we do not accept returns once the products have been cut or altered.
